Emilia Lambrusco Bianco IGP “Biancospino” - Vitivinicola Fangareggi, Your Wine

Straw yellow in appearance, fresh bouquet with hints of apple, lemon and grapefruit. Pleasantly bitter, with a fresh taste, persistent foam and fine perlage of long duration. It goes well with fish dishes, even raw, and white meats and refined lean meats.

We are a family-run farm; in our families we grow grapes since the nineteenth century and since 2004 we decided to resume this ancient tradition starting from the teachings of grandparents and great-grandparents; since 2013 we produce our wine line. We directly cultivate our grapes and our 24 hectares of vineyards in full respect of tradition and of the fruit itself, to keep intact the quality inside the bottle. The wines come from grapes of our vineyards, located in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena, pruned and harvested by hand with careful selection of the bunch choosing only the best ones.
