Emilia Lambrusco Rosso IGP “Vigna Nera” - Vitivinicola Fangareggi, Your Wine

Ruby red color with violet reflections. Intense and vinous aroma with which hints of red fruit such as black cherry, cherry and berries are combined. On the palate it has an excellent structure, balanced with a long finish. It goes well with all the first Emilian dishes, rich meats in particular seasoned and cooked pork sausages, such as cotechino, zampone, mature cheeses.

We are a family-run farm; in our families we grow grapes since the nineteenth century and since 2004 we decided to resume this ancient tradition starting from the teachings of grandparents and great-grandparents; since 2013 we produce our wine line. We directly cultivate our grapes and our 24 hectares of vineyards in full respect of tradition and of the fruit itself, to keep intact the quality inside the bottle. The wines come from grapes of our vineyards, located in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena, pruned and harvested by hand with careful selection of the bunch choosing only the best ones.
